Vladimir Guide
Tips for Playing Against Vladimir
- -Don't let him heal too much off his Q for free. Back up when he is getting his red Q up, as he heals and deals a lot of damage off champions with it.
- -Q or W right where his pool is expiring, and if you time it right he probably won't even think to dodge.
- -Keep in mind the option of freezing back a bit if you can (I know it's harder in S25) so that he's in a vulnerable spot, and then you can ghost and run him down the lane.
- -If he has Phase Rush, try to eat him right as he procs it if you can.
Good Items to Use Against Vladimir

Oblivion Orb
Orb is nice against Vlad. He doesn't have to auto you if you build Bramble, and the armor would be useless too. I think Orb is usually the better choice, but especially here, obviously!

Hollow Radiance
Hollow is nice, as you can shove waves easier, and it gives you some nice survivability, though I would likely build Heartsteel second if you do build this first.

Heartsteel
Heartsteel is great in general, and the extra range and speed on Q makes it easier to poke and catch Vlad. Even better when ahead.
