Tryndamere Guide

Tips for Playing Against Tryndamere

-Short trades early are nice against Tryndamere. If he has Lethal Tempo, make sure not to get ran down, and back up after short trading and slowing him.
-Eat him after he ults to time it out.
-Make sure you know what Summoner Spells he took along with runes. Ghost and Ignite can really mess you up early.
-Q poke if you need to. If he has high fury he will crit more, and if you just keep short trading him safely he'll eventually wanna use it to heal.

Heartsteel

Heartsteel is a great choice against Tryndamere. He doesn't do %HP damage, he's squishy and gets popped easily, and the extra range is nice against him.
Iceborn Gauntlet

I imagine Iceborn and Dead Man's Plate are nice against Tryndamere, but I think Heartsteel is usually gonna be a way better choice first item, and you don't really need to build against Tryndamere, as you already typically kinda pummel him.
Swiftness Boots

Swifties are nice as usual, as they're cheap and will help you stick onto him.
