Tips for Playing Against Teemo

-Play safe 1-5, and don't get poked out of lane if you can help it.
-If he blinds you in melee range while you're chasing, don't auto him, just keep running past him (avoiding mushrooms if you can) and then grasp auto, Q, eat, whatever.
-Even if you don't beat him in lane, as long as you go even you should come online earlier than he does.
-He is slippery, so don't W onto him when he can just run away and poke you for free. If you land a Q and have ghost, then I would consider diving onto him. This can be hard if the Teemo is good and builds boots.

Swiftness Boots

Mercury's Treads is great against Teemo, as it mitigates his blind, but I prefer Swifties if I'm ahead, as it allows me to chase him and avoid getting poked too much if I have to run.
Heartsteel

Heartsteel is great against Teemo, as it gives you more Q range to deal with him. Aside from that, it also does a bunch of damage to him given how squishy he is, especially if he didn't take grasp. He also doesn't have any %HP damage.
Hollow Radiance

Honestly, I would build this second if anything. Heartsteel feels too good in Teemo matchup. You have a lot of options in general though for second item, so I would play off the rest of the map too.
