Tips for Playing Against Sion

• -Grasp and Q him as much as you safely can early on.
• -Make sure you remove his shield or back up before he can recast to explode it, as it does percent max health damage. Breaking it is the better option if you can, as it makes it harder for him to get wave control, and you can Q him.
• -You can Q stun or R him to interrupt his Q, but if you can walk out of it, especially behind him, that's actually better. This way perhaps you can get an extra hit in, and more importantly his Q doesn't go on a 2 second cooldown from the interruption. You can then stun him right after his Q goes off.
• -You can also time a W with the end of his Q if he's using it on the wave, so that even if he fully charges it you won't get hit by it.
• -He'll still scale nicely, especially if he gets minions when you kill him. If you're ahead enough to survive his passive I recommend using as much stun and knockup as you can to stop him from farming.
• -Consider recalling right away from a safe spot while he farms minions if you can't stop him, and then walk or teleport back depending on the wave state. If he has teleport or ult, he'll likely be back very quickly after his passive expires early.
• -Stand on top of him if you can if you don't want him to escape with ult.
