Sett Guide

Tips for Playing Against Sett

-Sett has a lot of early sustain, especially when he is lower on HP. You don't have the damage to kill a competent early, so I would avoid fighting him.
-After first back and 6, you can eat him after his W goes off to wait out his shield.
-If you ult him near your tower, try to spit him sideways so that he can't ult you to escape tower. Keep this in mind near his tower and really anywhere in lane.
-In teamfights, you can eat an ally that he is ulting, and then they won't get bodyslammed.
-Be careful again if he builds BotRK or Trinity Force, as these items are great against TK.
-Ability-wise, throughout lane try to avoid his Q (where he runs fast at you and then punches twice) as it does %HP damage. Avoid the middle of his W as it does true damage. This means also be extra careful not to get stunned by his E, which happens if he pulls you and another unit (your minions) on both sides (in other words, be careful where you're standing.)

Bramble Vest

Bramble is probably actually good here. I think I still prefer Oblivion Orb, but this gives survivability and stops him from healing a bunch. Anti-heal though is a nice option I think and I wanna test out building it early more.
Swiftness Boots

Swifties are great, as always. You can chase and escape easier, and avoid his W true damage easier. Also, you can run him further into tower with ult because of the slow resist, which means spitting him sideways and still getting a couple tower shots is a little bit easier.
Heartsteel

I don't think Heartsteel is an ideal item for fighting Sett, but it doesn't really have to be. Fighting Sett is hard, and you can focus on other areas of the game (such as popping squishies with Heartsteel). Aside from that, the range is nice for keeping distance from Sett, but if you HAVE to be the one to deal with Sett, and aren't exactly ahead, I might recommend Iceborn Gauntlet or Dead Man's Plate.
