Rengar Guide
Tips for Playing Against Rengar
- -Levels 1-5 you can play river side and just grasp and/or Q him whenever he tries to jump to a minion (or onto you).
- -After Giant's Belt you should beat him, as he does no %HP damage. Keep in mind if you follow him into bushes he can't spam jump you, and you can likely bully him out of lane.
- -Be careful not to eat him while he has 4 stacks of verocity, as he can cleanse your ult. Best time to eat him would be right after he uses an empowered ability.
- -Take note of jungle matchup, because you're actually pretty gankable if he gets a good snare on you, and then you might not have time to W away.
Good Items to Use Against Rengar

Heartsteel
Heartsteel is great, as usual. Rengar does no %HP damage, and he's pretty squishy so you can pop him with your passive and Heartsteel's passive, of which both are great against squishies. The range is also nice.

Swiftness Boots
Swifties are nice, as they allow you to chase him into bushes really easy, and bully him. I think tabi's is a total bait, in general, but especially here as Rengar's damage isn't really all that scary to you as much as it is to a squishy champion.

Doran's Shield
I'd like to note that Doran's Shield has a lot of value here early on. If he ever jumps onto you, you can just regenerate a portion of it with D-Shield. If you don't default Shield, I'd at least take it here.
