Tips for Playing Against Poppy

-Watch out for her Q, as it does percent max health damage. If you can't avoid the first part, try to avoid the second part at least.
-Watch that she doesn't slam you into a wall. Watch also that you're not in a gankable position, as she can easily interrupt your W.
-If you get close to killing her, she can likely just ult you away anyways, so don't put yourself in too much danger.
-If you eat her as she ults you, it'll take her with you.
-Her poke doesn't really get less annoying throughout the lane, so I would remain careful. She gets a lot of health too, which TK isn't good at dealing with. Very annoying matchup.

Swiftness Boots

I think Swifties makes it a fair bit easier. You can escape her Q poke earlier, resposition away from walls so you don't get stunned, and overall just take a lot less damage since you can keep distance easier.
Bami's Cinder

A Bami's item (Sunfire or Hollow) might be nice, as you can just perma-shove, since you don't really ever get a spike to fight her.
Redemption

Redemption can be nice against tanks, as it does 10% max health true damage, and you can guarantee a hit with your ult. Though it's good against tanks, it may not feel as great against squishies, so I would take into account the rest of the map too.
