Tips for Playing Against Nasus
- -Levels 1-5 you might be able to get good grasp trades and bully him, but be careful not to take a lot of damage, as he does have his lifesteal passive.
- -When he has level 6 and sheen, keep W up so that you can W out as soon as he ults.
- -Harder to freeze in season 15, but if you can freeze the wave back I would try doing that, so that you can spit him into tower.
- -Sticking near walls that you can W over can be nice, as it gives extra distance to escape in case he withers you.
Good Items to Use Against Nasus

Swiftness Boots
Swifties is nice by default, and is nice against Nasus wither. Merc's might also work nice against high CC comps, as reducing the time of Nasus Wither makes it never ramp up to max slow (which is 95% at rank 5).

Redemption
Redemption can be a nice choice against high health targets, as it does 10% max health true damage. It also is cheap. The trade-off though is that by not going an item such as Heartsteel, you won't be as great vs squishies (which is where TK typically shines). I wouldn't be afraid to go Heartsteel if the rest of the game calls for it.

Oblivion Orb
Orb will stop him from healing ridiculous amounts, and is a really nice buy. Bramble may be fine too, but I think orb is way better here. You can stop him from healing off minions if he doesn't attack you, you'll do more damage (a little bit of AP is great on TK with a lot of health) and you can do some more %HP damage with your ult.
