K'Sante Guide

Tips for Playing Against Ksante

-Dodging his Qs will help more than anything I think, but remember that his Q cooldown gets lower based on his resistances.
-If he comes up to you in your minion wave you can usually get a nice Q + grasp auto on him.
-Never let him 3rd Q you or dash you into his tower, as he'll ult you into tower.
-His ult allows him to do insane damage, and if he uses it you should W out before he can get a third Q.
-His ult, his dash (when he isn't in ult), and his 3rd Q all stun you, so be careful not to get in a gankable position, as you may not be able to W out.

Redemption

With Redemption, you trade Heartsteel's ability to spike to kill squishies super easy, but you can chunk k'sante a lot harder with the max HP true damage passive, in which you can guarantee a hit with your ult. Given K'Sante loves health and especially resistances, this works really well against him.
Swiftness Boots

Swifties are great for dodging Qs, and escaping/chasing him in general.

Don't be afraid to still build Heartsteel. I don't think it feels great in lane vs a split-pushing K'Sante unless you're ahead, but I think it's still very useful elsewhere. Also, Bami's item might be a great consideration, as you can constantly shove K'Sante in, making him way feel way less oppressive.
